No supports when slicing

I've created manual supports on a multi part print. When I slice the model the supports do not show up. I have supports turned on I have support pillar resolution set at 99 to prevent additional supports. This is something new, never happened before. I have the latest version installed. I'm puzzled. Hi fxmagic281 could you please post a Factory File for this? You can do this by setting up your print and going to File > Save Factory File As.
