CTC Bizer Dual just stops

Hi, I just got a new CTC Bizer Dual, and ran through the setup process no problems at all. But whenever I do a print, whatever the file, it starts off just fine, but then stops after less than a minute (possibly, although I'm not certain, at the end of the first layer).

Once it's stopped it just sits there, extruders and heatbed at constant (correct) temperature, no error message, just sitting there with the fans whirring.

Any ideas what might be the problem?

Some more info needed......

What operating system?
USB or SD card?
Can you print to any other printer?

Printing from an SD card, using a file that came with the printer.

I've also tried with a file generated using Simplify3d on my Mac (again, via SD card). Same thing happens - the print starts happily, but just stops after less than a minute, partway through the first layer (but not always at the same point in the print, it seems random).

I am having this exact same issue with my CTC printer. It just started a couple of days ago and is happening no matter what I try to print. Could you tell me how you resolved this? I really appreciate it!

There are a few reasons why this might happen. The first thing I would suggest would be to use a different SD card. A lot of times the storage device that comes with a printer is not the highest quality and issues like this can occur.

If the pauses still happen could you please provide a Factory File as well as let us know approximately where the pauses are happening?
