problem to pring a duplo bloc :S

Hi, I have a probleme with simplify

I would like to print out a piece of Duplo and S3d want to start and print some really small points. then he continue with the wall outside and inside. le small point are really to small for my printer and to have this precision . see picture

is that possible to say to s3d that he start with the wall outside and then inside and the just fill ?

Step 3: indoor wall
Step 4 full

I have another stl (also duplo) and there is no probleme
is that possible to activate a parameter in order to avoid this small point ?

Edit: I saw that cura has also no small point, he print everything in one line and it s really better. just the wall and full it

here are the parameter
I also tried to print from the indoor and from outdoor. And also switching "Internal Thin Wall Type" to "Perimeters Only" and "Allow Single Extrusion Fill"
