I've been using Simplify3D with my Dremel 3D45 for a few months with no issues. I just updated to 4.1.1 and now I can't get my files to print. After the heating step, it says it's changing to printing but then the printer immediately ends the job with no errors. I saw the post about updating the profile using the configuration assistant and did that. I couldn't tell that anything at all changed. Any ideas?
I have the same problem. I've attached a wireframe bird that shows as zero build time and doesn't print--it starts and says build done immediately. The original file and simplfy3d gcode that is broken are attached
I got an official response from support on this that the model is using thickness below .4mm which is the nozzle size of the 3D45. .4mm is the industry standard, so support recommends always using .4mm part thickness.
Just had this issue for a couple days and fixed it by removing {STRIP ";"} from the post processing terminal commands in the "Scripts" section of the FFF settings. The print seems to be doing fine.
