Incomplete peremeter loop in some places

Hi. I have a strange problem. Never encountered this before. In some places of build area when printing small cylindrical objects some perimeter loops are incomplete and there is a BIG gap at the Z seam. Thought its a printer problem, tightened everything, changed belts, measured steps per mm and ect. Problem still persist. And another strange thing is that there is no such problem when Im using CURA, but I like s3d more.

Any ideas?

Could you please post a Factory File? There could be some large coast or wipe settings possibly causing this but it is impossible to know without the settings used to print the part.
