Simplify3D - Amazing with FlashForge Creator Pro!

So, I've struggled with the FFCP - I love its capabilities, but i've felt that my inexperience has impacted the print qualities, and many settings i've been advised to use don't exist on the FlashPrint software (which is not horrible, by any means).

I was printing benchies to try and get my printer under control and couldn't get the bridging right when i said, 'screw it' and dropped a buck fifty on the S3D software. The first print out of the gate with default settings was better than anything I've ever printed on my own. not a single regret and now i'm thinking of buying a creality just to play more

I bought s3d for my creator pro 2015 and never regretted it. However, it does require a lot of tinkering to get the best out of it. It depends how much detail you want.

You're quite right!

Far too many folk think that spending money on S3D will make producing 3D printed parts easier.....pay the bucks for someone else to do the hard work for you!!… only to find out they can't get 150% perfect parts immediately, and have to put some hard work into setting things up.

On the contrary, you pay more for more "bells and whistles", more flexibility and a tool that can make your printer do some amazing things.....but you have to put some effort into what you do.....learn how the slicer works and understand the effect of twiddling settings!
