When I connect to my A30 this is listed

Should I Just ignore this or is it a problem within the Firmware of my printer?

Anyone got info on this? My A30 is giving me the same issue now. it worked fine last week and now I cant print. I only got this software because it was supposed to and was able to get this printer going now it doesnt work any more and all my prints go nowhere??

30 mins of the printer sitting there before I came back and cancelled the print....
