FlashForge Creator Pro can not use only the left extruder

I use Simplify3D 4.1.2 and FlashForge Creator Pro.

I want to print with the left extruder only.
I make a print file in SD card with setting the left extruder temperature 190 and the right 0.
But the 3D printer try to print without waiting the left extruder temperature up to 190.

When I make a print file with MakerBot Desktop Slicer Software, the printer waits the left extruder up to 190.

Could you please post a Factory File where this behavior occurs? Are you using the Auto-Configure feature to select which extruder you want to use?

I am sorry.
I tried auto-configure to use the left extruder only and my 3D printer worked correctly.
I think my manual configure is not correct.
