Support Creation tools

Supports are pretty decent in S3d, but it would be handy to have a lasso type select tool to be able to select and delete unwanted supports more efficiently. Also, the ability to lock models from being accidentally selected or moved during the process of adding supports manually would be very welcome.

I see two different requests here. An existing thread for the "lasso" already exists here.
