Can't get this stl to print as is

I am trying to 3D pring an stl model I downloaded from MyMinifactory.com.
However, it seems that when generating the print preview in simplify3D, some of the borders of the print are not generated at all. I have attached the factory model as exported from simplify3D as well as the stl file I am trying to print. I have also attached a screenshot highlighting the issue in simplify3D Preview mode.

Any help would be appreciated, thank you!

Probably not an optimized model. Many times, you can fix gaps like this by going into the Mesh menu and selecting "Separate connected surfaces".

My guess is that those areas (the walls) are too thin to print for your current configuration such as nozzle size or extrusion width.

Not a guess...….as TB says, advice how to cure the issue...…...use the Separate Connected Surfaces option on the Menu dropdown.
