Simplify3D is putting a thin solid infill section between some perimeters and the infill and I can't figure out why or how to get it to stop. It causes the printer to have short jerky movements and I think its the cause of my prints failing. The only way I have been able to prevent the jerky motion is using concentric fill. I have a CR-10 s5 with an E3d all metal hotend and printing with PLA and the extruder grinds up the filament during these types of movements when it is only extruding a small amount of plastic.
The problem
-The layer after the solid bottom infill
-A layer higher up on the part
With concentric fill
-The layer after the solid bottom infill
