Skirt and perimeter sticks fine , then disaster

i use Simplify3d with Marlin firmware V2.
The z-offset is perfect , my skirt and perimeter sticks Fine but when i go start inside the first layer then it won't stick anymore.

Bed Leveling with BLtouch probe and G29 command before each print

first layer height : 130% , width 150% speed 30%

Someone a idea ??

just for fun set first layer height : 100% , width 100% speed 30% and see if that helps

Try to reduce fan, or even do a test with fan disabled.
