Print via USB with a t-rex 3?

Does anyone know if it's possible to print via USB on a T-rex 3?
I can't get S3D to recognize my printer. I have restarted S3D, printer and my mac. I tried to connect USB cable before and after turning the printer on. I have tried different USB ports on my computer. I've tried 3 different USB cables.
I've looked through the menu in the printer but I can't find any settings for USB.

So Simplify3D is not displaying any available Ports in the Machine Control Panel? Is your Operating System detecting the printer? If not you may need to download the USB drivers for your machine. These are usually loaded on the removable storage drive that comes with the printer.
