Flaw in print

About 1/5th into my print (a thin wall fuselage section of a plane I'm printing) I noticed a small hole in a corner but is not consistent, and so far only in one isolated section of the part I'm printing. (continuing the print which otherwise is looking good). I'm wondering what could have caused this flaw, since I did not see it in my first trial print (the only thing I've changed is to change retract amount and speed to minimize ooze and strings.

I'm attaching a picture of what I am experiencing.
