Can you save models with custom supports

Fri Jan 10, 2020 3:14 pm

I want to be able to use the same model but for different sizes. I modeled and printed but now I want to go back and make another only slightly smaller. I dont want to have to keep doing the supports each time. Is there a way to save the file with the supports?

You can resize a model within S3D by double-clicking and adjusting the size......and any manual supports will resize as well!

If your model is made up of two or more parts, you'll need to group them together first...

As for saving the file, just save it as a factory file.
