Help with print

Hi @all,
I am new to the forum and I have a questions regarding a .stl file.
I want to print several of the attached files but with my normal settings it is way to slow.
I use a Ultimaker 2 with a 0,8 nozzle, Material is PET-G or PLA
Is it possible to print the grid like a normal infill grid. Is it possible that the printer will extrude over already printed areas. I think this would be the fastest way.
It is possible to adujst the file, but I need a all the diamonds in the same dimension.
