Raft not generating, Part floating above platform

Hello!

I am trying to generate the G-Code for a lithophane, and when I click "Prepare to Print!" the part lifts off the build plate and a gap is left where the raft is supposed to be generated. I even ran the file just to see if it was a bug with the simulated print, but no it really does try to print in air. Any advice/help is greatly appreciated! I tried resetting the program to default settings, and turning it off and on a few times, and even generating a new lithophane STL, but to no avail. The factory file is 11mb, and will not allow me to attach it to this post.

I have the same issue and found solution to avoid it: making flat bottom of the model done the trick.

Please look at attached images: raft is generating only at the flat part of model's bottom without notches.
