Dual Extruder Dissolvable Support

Hi all.

I've got a dual extruder old QIDI Tech I. I've got soluble in the right extruder, and regular PLA in the left extruder.

I believe I'm configured correctly:

If a do generate a process, I get a complaint message saying "The selected process is not configured for the number of extruders you have chosen to use. Are you sure you want to continue?"

If I continue, the preview looks good:

But, when I start printing, I look and see that only my left extruder is warmed up, with the right one completely cold.

If I try to change my process to using dual extruders in the Auto-configure, my preview does all right head:

So, I seem to be missing a step here. Can anyone suggest what I should be doing?

Re: Dual Extruder Dissolvable Support

Use the autoconfigure for both, go through the layer, support, infill, and additions tabs and make sure your extruder assignments are how you'd like them. Then finally goto the temperature and extruder tabs to verify each tool has the correct settings for the material configuration you have on your printer, IE make sure the support material's extruder is setup with proper settings and likewise for the main model material's extruder.

I think the main issue you may be running into is that the default behavior for that profile is when both nozzles are selected for printing the left extruder is set up for support and the right is setup to print the outlines and infill.
