Different filling in different layer?

Hey everyone!

I'm wondering if it is possible to have a higher infill percentage in different parts of the print?

Example:

Layer 1-40=20%
41-50=90%
51-70=20%
71-80=90%
81-99=20%
I have a Yoshi :D model that I need to be stronger where the arms and legs are connected to the body, but it's a waste of plastic to print it 90% all over.
Any Ideas?
