Circular plate dimension is incorrect

I have my machine set up to be 400mmx400mm, circular. However, using an STL that is known to be 400mm in diameter, the outer edge of the build plate does not match. If I set the machine to be 300x300, it matches correctly.

Delta build volume in Simplify3D is input as the largest square that could fit into your circular build volume. I have included a link to a Forum post that covers this in detail but please let me know if you have any questions.
