fan on outer layer of support

One of the parameters that can influence how "stuck" the outer layer of support becomes to the layer of part above or below it is whether and how much fan is being used. This is particularly noticeable when there is little or no fan. Might it be useful to be able to configure fan specifically for the outermost layers (top and bottom) of support material?
