layers of detachment

Hello to all
I have a big problem that I don't understand how to solve it

I state that I have already disassembled and replaced half a printer and I have read all the guides and the various forums as well as all the guides found here on the S3D website

adhesion to the bed is almost perfect, level and correct, the better than adequate layer but ....:
between the various layers there is no adhesion and I do not speak of small bones but of all the more critical ones between the first and second layers
as you can see in the picture the created design is precise but they come off

do you have any advice?

Difficult to give any form of answer from two photos and four settings values..but dismantling your printer is certainly not the way of sorting out print settings!!

Can you please attach your factory file to a post....File menu==>Save Factory file

From the photos alone it looked as if you were printing on a raft. But on seeing your settings, there's no raft!

This shouts an immediate problem with your first layer.....which will probably explain why layer 2 is not adhering to it. You are printing layer 1 far, far too high and its not giving a good foundation for layer 2. Also, I would expect the bottom to be somewhat smooth...as smooth as the bed, not looking as if its been printed onto a raft!

Firstly, I assume you've upped the First Layer Width to 140% in an attempt to fill in gaps between extrusions....wrong! Increasing the width to 140% also increases the pitch of the extrusions to 140%....resulting in very little extra filling! In fact you might even increase the gaps by 140% as well! Lower it back to 100% and up the First Layer Height to 150%.

You have the Z-Axis offset at +0.07mm...change it to -0.07mm and try printing the first few rows again.

If you have any signs of lack of adhesion between layers higher up the model, up the nozzle temp by 5 degrees as well.

What you are looking for is for the bottom of the part to have a smoother finish, caused by the nozzle being lower....and then for layer 2 to adhere to layer 1 a lot better that it has so far. Adjust the Global-Z off set again if required (it probably will need another go at least)..altering in a negative direction in increments of 0.05mm max.

then after the first test reducing from 140% to 100% in the settings of the first layer I had a noticeable improvement but at this point I don't understand if you are asked that the first layers have a width of 140% I thought the software increased the number of steps to get 140% but apparently not so.
then I also put offset at -0.07 and I think that also helped a lot in fact now I have a well-melted first layer with excellent adhesion.
I tried to make a print and created my piece there 130mm bigger I don't understand I am puzzled why these parameters affect the dimensions so much?
