I am using a 0.8mm Nozzle and this is happening with PETG, 1st layer should be 0.45mm and measures as 0.42 on caliper so I may be a touch close.. but not to close..
First.. on Skirt and first outline of print, I don't get filament for 1st approximate 2mm's
So when I start with the infill I always have on 1st layer a little missed spot..
Also have some other missing spots at retraction points.
Infill seems good.. solid joined.. and outlines are good and joined to infill.
- I also watched.. and infill seems to be giving correct amount there is no more bumps at each end of the back forth filling.
No my top layer, Looks like under extrusion, outlines not touching, inside and outside.. (print is basically a flat doughnut shape, with some holes.. and three are raised up to hold a nut.
The raised areas for the nuts look great.. infill looks light.. but I still have a touch of bumps at ends of back forth filling lines. Now VERY little.
Seems once I have outlines printing perfect I can't get the top and bottom layers to not over extrude.. I can't seem to find a way to adjust those layers.. I have adjusted my extruder.. ask for 100mm get exactly that.. not sure whats going on here..
