Printer doesn't extrude

Hi,
all of a sudden the extruder doesn't work anymore.
The printer works ok, it moves, temperature is ok etc, but it just doesn't extrude. I am sure because I can see the wheel doesn't spin (bondtech dual gear).
Interesting that this only happens with S3D, other slicers work perfectly.
It happened after I made some modifications to the printer, don't even remember what honestly, however both S3D and the other slicers (Cura and slic3r) are working on the same settings pre/post mods, so the issue must be with S3D.

I tried to use a brand new profile, same story. Attached is the profile I'm using now. Printer is Anycubic Chiron.
I also tried printing some gcodes created with S3D previously, and they work ok.
Looking forward for help, I need to stick with Cura meanwhile.
