Empty gcode
When creating gcode only the support features are generated and the actual structure is missing. My company has one machine that has this software and others do not have this issue when they log in using their own accounts using the same FFF profiles.

This may be an issue with the 3D model....
Any chance you can create and attach a Factory File for the piece shown in the screen shots. File menu==>Save Factory File.
