External Right hand Cornering

Trying to work out the source of this issue. Be it Simplify 3D and the way both it and PRUSA handle corners, or is it the Firmware being Marlin 2.0.5.3

I would love for some one to say I know what that is and here is how to fix it. Though so far I have tried switching on and off everything I can think of in both the firmware and S3D. I finally did a test between the slicers to see if this happened with all three. It did not. Prusa has a very similar issue, not quite the same. CURA did not at all. But I suspect it is because of a cornering enhancement feature they added. Even still, it would be nice to find that this is something that I can fix now, and not wait to the next update a two years from now.

If you look at the PDF you might also notice as per the title here, the issue is most pronounced on the edge immediately at or before a right hand external corner. So it is very predictable, very repeatable.

Re: External Right hand Cornering

Bump. Still working on this issue. Almost convinced myself the issue was in the hardware. Maybe the controller or the firmware.
This because my Marlin and RepRap printers operate in such a way that things print backwards between them. That is the parts come out right but the motion of the head is apposing. This caused me to think the issue was not the same on both machines. However, at closer inspection it is the same, just over looked.

Tested features on and off in the firmware, acceleration and jerk settings, s-curve, etc. In the end. Nothing I changed effected this.
But, I did notice that both S3D and Prusa had this issue. So I am guessing some core legacy part of the code generator is the same.
CURA did not generate this issue. But then it also had a ton of other features and layering options not yet available in other slicers.

I am still hopeful another S3D user, or Developer, will have an idea what this is and how I can resolve it.

I want sharp corners, not beveled, not whatever this is.
