Dual Extruder Not Printing Support

Hello! I don't know where else to go, I've looked everyone and checked FAQ.

I have a Tenlog TL-D3 Pro and I'm having the following issues.

The skirt and the brim print without issues using the 2nd extruder, but when it comes to printing the support. The extruder is floating in the air.

I've tried using Cura and Simplify3D and can't print the support.

Anyone know what the issue is?

I am not seeing any Supports on this print. Can you post a Factory File as well as clarify what supports are not printing here?
