S3D V4.1, Windows 10 Freezing During Print

Setup:
- S3D V4.1
- Windows 10
- Makergear M2 printer

I have consistently seen two issues occurring when printing.

1: During prints, at random, the printer will pause for a few seconds, then resume printing. This happens at seemingly random intervals. Some prints it never happens.

2: During prints, at random, the printer will pause indefinitely. If I open the "Machine control panel" and click "Pause print" then click "Resume print" it will send one line of gcode to the printer. The machine will execute the one line, but then immediately freeze again. I can do this a seemingly unlimited number of times but the outcome is always the same, printer freezes. Today I tried to click "Force Next" and the printer actually kept going after that.

Would like to know if their is a solution for this. I feel I can not run large jobs on the machine while I am not near it because I do not thrust that it will actually finish the job.

Does this issue occur when printing over USB or with the removable storage drive? Or does it occur with both?
