Bed Center

I am brand new to 3D printing first off, so I've come here for some help.
I just purchased a Creality CR-10S and my test print using supplied .gcode file has gone well. I found out you can open the .gcode file in Notepad and I noticed that the supplied examples were created in Simplify3D, so I purchased the software after trying other free slicers and having less luck than I'd like.

Right off the bat, on my first file I've gotten from Thingiverse (the Makerfaire robot) I noticed the printer immediately shift to printing in the top right corner. the printer auto-homes to 0,0,0 in the bottom right. I stopped the print and moved the model to the bottom left, resliced, and it was better but still not perfect.

What settings in Simplify3D should I be correcting to make this .gcode file not believe the bed is either twice the size it physically is, or to tell the .gcode where the actual center is of the bed is.

Re: Bed Center

Are you using the default CR-10 profile from Simplify3D? If so could you please provide a Factory File so we can look into this further?
