Ender 3 Pro with "silent board" bug with S3D gcodes

Hello;
I've already reported this issue with the Simplify3D support team, since I don't know if they are aware of it.

After upgrading my Creality Ender 3 Pro with the new 1.1.5 "Silent board", every print fail due to stoppage of the extruder step-motor. It simply stops around 30min into the print, for no reason. There are no mechanical issues in my printer, and the very same STL file, when sliced in CURA, prints normally.

This issue was reported by a few users from what I researched online. I've even followed a tutorial to update the board to Marlin 1.1.xbugfix and change some driver settings, but no improvements were shown. The S3D sliced prints keeps failing.

Is there someone that experienced this issue? Is there a fix for it?

Re: Ender 3 Pro with "silent board" bug with S3D gcodes

We have seen reports of Ender 3's with the Silent Board upgrade having the extruder stop after some time printing. In all cases, this has been solved by going to the G-Code tab and disabling "Allow zeroing of extrusion distances".
