missing suports

I am having some big issues with support towers not appearing in the Gcode, the software only puts in the skirts, nall hand placed supports do not appear, is there a do not ignore hand placed support box i need to check?

There is a tick box "Attach a factory file of your part to a post on the forum so that others can help you." that you could try.
