Small parts printing strangely and entire part of print disappears

I am currently printing one room section of a house with my fusion 3 410 and I’m running into difficulties with the windows and stairs. I’ve tried lots of different settings with bridging and retractions but none of it seems to work. The panes always are very thin, brittle, blob up, shift, or just break. I’ve also tried manually thickening them in my modeling software but the result is the same. The stairwell actually printed ok except for the top not even existing, there was more filament so it did not run out so I have no clue what happened that the printer did not decide to print that part. Looking at the stl, I can see a few issues that might cause problems printing it in one piece....

1) The door handles are too small for successful printing with a 0.4 nozzle
2) The doors also have very thin sections around the outside of each of the panels
3) The stair spindles also look as if they will not print easily with a large nozzle

It may be the combination of these three issues that is giving the blobbing and missing bits.....

I would suggest yo re-engineer the part so that the doors are separate...make them wider and put slots in the walls for the doors to slide up into. I would also separate the staircase newels, spindles and handrails from the staircase and print as a separate part. You can then print the doors and stair handrail, etc using a 0.2 nozzle. I think the window will be okay, but will need carefully placed supports.

I'm a master of having to 3D print a kit of parts...in the case of this not-so-small structure, 663 individual parts.

Here are some photos of the print with the problems, I think the door and the spindles printed alright, there are definitely issues but I think I can fix them.

The window is a complete anomaly however as sometimes it prints great and sometimes it comes out like above ^

I have tried placing supports within the panes which leads to even worse results. I think the issue might lie with retractions because I’ve tried everything else in simplify’s settings but still am unable to get a consistent results. I am basically certain that it’s not an issue with the structure but the print process itself but I have no idea where to start with changing the settings
