support issue

Hello, Please see the attached screen shots of the slicer software. please note the thin blue line on the right hand side of the model. This is an area that the software did not create support for. I have the support settings at normal and maximun angle at 45 deg, but for some reason the slicer did not create support under this edge… I’m just trying to understand why.
Please advise if possible.
thanks Mark

Re: support issue

There are no attached screen prints....which make things a little difficult for anyone to help.

What would be useful would be a factory file of what you are wanting to print.. File dropdown===> Save factory file

Re: support issue

Thanks Doug, I though I had those attached. it is a word doc with screen shots from the slicer software.
I can generate a factory file, but thought this might be the first step. and it is telling me that my factory file is too large to load here....

Re: support issue

You can load your factory file to an external site and link it here. Google drive or Dropbox both offer free file hosting.
