Help with Nylon Prints

Need some help here. I've read through the few other posts on Nylon warping and tried suggestions from the materials blog, but I still get some warping on Nylon. Using the GizmoDorks white Nylon. I've made huge progress so far, but trying to get that last little bit of warping out...maybe it's just an acceptable level?
Settings: (gcode attached for reference)

Printer: Ender 3 Pro, MicroSwiss all metal HE with direct extruder

Bed: 110C, borosilicate glass with Layerneer Bed Weld
Rel Humidity: 40%
Layer: .2mm
First layer: 110%

Any help appreciated, thanks!

Re: Help with Nylon Prints

Just a hint, maybe lower the nozzle temp some degree in step of 5 degree, and more cooling, maybe more retraction.
Why use Nylon? PLA_Strong or PETG is always working for me.

Re: Help with Nylon Prints

I haven't used Gizmodorks nylon - I've only had one spool of Gizmodorks material - it was black PC and never was able to get a decent print from it. So my limited experience with Gizmodorks would lead me to avoid their material. I've had plenty of beautiful prints from eSun PC.

My nylon prints have been with eSun ePA. 80C on a linen-based phenolic bed - glue stick. Don't know how important the substrate is when running with glue stick. I found a drybox to be worthwhile with nylon - but I live in the humid midwest.

Re: Help with Nylon Prints

For what it's worth, I've always found that I have to actively dry nylon with a heated dehydrator for 12 hours before any prints, even where I am in Phoenix. A lot of folks just toss it in a box with some dessicant and call it good, but I don't think that would cut it with nylon.

So if you're having issues, first make absolutely sure moisture is not an issue by fully dehydrating your nylon.
