Printing problem

I doubt this is a software problem but I was wondering if I could trouble you guys for a bit of advice please.

Ive read the FAQ and think I know what the problem is - overheating.

I seem to have a problem with my prints where by the first few layers are coming out fine but the upper final layers or selected area of the print aren't. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

445 shows the bumpy texture I'd like not to see

Same print, different areas and elsewhere the bottom, first printed parts are lovely and the top half or so is bumpy.

Currently using 60 degree bed and 210 nozzle throughout, but cant understand why its only localised areas of the print the are coming out poorly.

This does look like it could be due to overheating but it might also be over extrusion causing the wall irregularities you are seeing. Could you please post a Factory File so we can look into this a bit more? You can export this by going to File > Save Factory File As...
