Try the Slicing Behavior settings on the advanced tab. Setting them to "discard" / uncheck "merge all outlines" the inner
extrusions disappear but there's some strange things going on in the outside walls...
For now, it seems to be just a setup issue.
Not sure, still it is a faulty model file. Paid models aren't free from some troubles, just recently someone else here had
another paid model with strange behavior (no supports generated because of flipped normals all over the mesh).
S3D v4.0.0 does behave a bit different, there's been some changes to the slicer engine/model handling. If you have access
to (or still have it installed) you might want to see how that works for you....
