Prusa i3 Mk3s Prusa PLA 0.4mm Miniature 32mm HELP =)

Hello everyone I am new to 3d Printing and purchased a Prusa i3 MK3s. I have no trouble with larger prints with a 0.4mm nozzle but when it comes to Miniatures I am running into a bit of stringing, and very hard to remove supports.

I am printing miniatures from Loot-Studio they are 32mm in size. I have downloaded the config for the Prusa i3 Mk3s and modified a few settings any recommendation or feedback would be great.

I have looked at a number of videos and have tried a number of slicers from Cura, Prusa Slicer, MatterControl you name it and each print would get a little better result but Simplyfy 3d has made all my other prints look amazing so I am trying to pin down the best recommended settings.
