Slicer differences

Dear all,

I'm trying to make the switch from Creality Slicer to S3D. As there is still a lot to learn, I'm wondering why there are such differences between those two slicers Creality Slicer and S3D.
With S3D there is some work to do after the print (please see attachments S3D.jpg) where with Creality there is no additional work to do.
Are there any settings within S3D that I can do to prevent that?

Thanks a lot, have a good day and stay safe
Cheers
Markus

do you mean the raft where everything is placed on? If you don't need that for bed adhesion you can easily disable it on
the "Additions" tab inside the process settings.

There's probably some other differences between the two prints. Different slicers sometimes use different extrusion widths depending
on the nozzle diameter.

Depending on what exactly you'd like explanations on it might be helpful adding a "Factory File". File -> Save Factory File As...
This will include all the models, processes and settings within one file. So be careful if it's a paid model not free for redistribution :)

bye,
Daniel
