Issues with single wall prints

I am having issues with single walled "vase mode" type prints. I purchased simplify3d specifically to do these types of prints as the "processes" feature makes it quite easy to customize settings in these prints. The issue that I am having is that it simplify3d seems to randomly quit printing in vase mode, creates a z seam, and then returns to vase mode printing. When it does this, it double prints a layer and leaves a noticeable line in the surface of the wall. Slicing the same print in Cura shows a perfectly smooth wall. What can I do to fix this?

Re: Issues with single wall prints

Its sort of impossible to offer any constructive help based on a single screen print.

Can you please attach a factory file to give some clues, please. File menu....save factory file.

One thing not obvious about vase mode is your model must be 100% solid..
