Gaps in sliced model

Hi all, I am having a problem with my printed models. All my prints are printed beautifully, except for 1 thing. I have really tiny dots on my print and I think I know how I get these. If I look at my sliced model in simplify3D, I see these gaps:

Now, I can't find anyone with this problem on the internet, so I thought I would just ask it here. Do you guys now why my outer line isn't closing?
