Manual, settings explained?

Try as I might, google nad all, I cannot seem to get anything that explains what all the settings are? For instance, what is underspeed %? Does that mean 100% underspeed is really 0, or is it 100% of normal speed? I cannot believe I paid this much money for a program that doesn't have any easy access to information. Yes I know thee are some 'tooltips' but even the tool tips are arbitrary. I get better explanations in free software.
