Cannot connect to my printer with S3D 2.1.2.
I have already tried almost anything but it does not work.
I am currently using a Samsung Ultrabook running Win8, the printer is my own design
with Melzi ATmega 1284p 16 mhz, and Marlin 1.0.0 RC2.
Comport and baudrate is ok.
I can connect with Pronterface and Repetier but not with S3D.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Problem Solved.
It took some time the other night but is solved!
I started studing Melzi board and imediatly understud that the Auto Reset Jumper could be
the problem, and indeed it was.
The jumper should be on just to flash firmware to Melzi.
For normal operation should be off.
S3D is not patient and does not wait for Melzi to auto reset if the jumper is on?
All I know is that the jumper must be off and everything runns smooth.
