Proper place to store settings? <Mac>

So I finally got settings for my TAZ 4 dialed in and I want to save them. When I try it just shows the main directory of the hard drive. So I went to the applications and Simplify3D folder but it said you can't save pref files here. So, does it matter where I save them to? Is there a set place?

You can use the export button and save the file really in any folder. It will remember the filepath created and as long as you don't move it, it will be available in the drop-down list.

Once you export the fff (profile), be sure to upload it here as well so other Taz 4 Users can test it out or have something to work off of as well!

Please please please, if you've improved on the default TAZ settings, share them! I'd really appreciate it.
