osx runaway process values

for the past 4 or so updates i have had this issue. go into your process settings and you can goto any of the values there, say the extrusion multiplier, click one of the arrows up or down once and the value runs away. its like the button gets stuck and the number either raise or drop on their own. you really need to pay attention when doing this. you can easily click to raise real quick then move onto something else and have your process all screwed up with an absurd value. i posted this once maybe 4-5 mos ago but it still does it so i figured ill throw it out there again. if you click twice it doesnt do it. just a single click on an arrow. i cant remember when it started but it was fine on one version then after one of the updates it started. maybe v2.0. ive never seen anyone else post this issue so i am wondering if its just me. anyone else seeing this?

Re: osx runaway process values

I see this all the time. I've gotten into the habit of entering values manually rather than using the arrows because of this.

Yep, gave up using the arrows as well. Keep hoping next update I can start using them again.

Same here. I have only owned it for 2 versions but yea the scroll buttons are like sticky, you have to click again to stop them. Needs to be fixed.

Re: osx runaway process values

I came in on 2.1 and its plagued me from then. Its like the track pad or magic mouse sensitivity is all to whack. It only happens with Simplify3D.

Re: osx runaway process values

Its quite annoying, you only have to slightly touch the top of the magic mouse to cause it. One little brush with a finger as you go to grab it and boom your on the wrong tab or you have a 400 value when you wanted 5.

Re: osx runaway process values

haha yes i know. i got rid of that magic mouse though. is was great for normal use when i got my mac but once i started doing 3d modeling forget it. now i find that thing so annoying even for surfing the web i could never go back to it.
