Wrong item placement when printing from specified height

Hello

Having some troubles with my printer. Printing stopped due to unresponsive firmware and I tried to continue printing by specifying "Start printing at height 5.00 mm" under Advanced tab in Layer Modifications section.

Everything was fine exept the "newly continued print" doesnt match the original print as if the model was moved on the preview table before slicing - which it wasnt. Printing continues but there seems to be some ~10 mm error in X and Y directions and the continued print doesn't sit on top of original print.

Prior to that I rebooted the printer and homed all the axis again. When I print the entire model again, model location is spot on as it was before. When I try to continue printing at specified height - the model leans away from its original position.

How to deal with this kind of situation? Dont want to discard the prints due to some simple error when resuming would be an option .. but why does it move it origin?

Re: Wrong item placement when printing from specified height

Interesting, if you could post a Factory File, I'd like to look at this. I haven't heard of the X-Y changing origins.

Since it's your first post, if you aren't familiar with Factory Files, there's a tutorial here that goes over what they are:
