Different Infill pattern in the same layer

Hello,
I am trying to print a part that has different infill patterns in different sections (Not in the Z-direction). Please see the attached picture for reference. Let's say I have a rectangle and I want to print 50% of it in a particular pattern and the remaining 50% in another infill pattern. How can I design this using Simplify3D?
