Center and Arrange makes parts overlap

Hey,
I've run into some issues trying to arrange parts. Every time I hit "Center and Arrange" one part is moved to overlap with some others. Even when I move the part manually and go to print, the print preview shows the part back in its original (and incorrect) position. Saving, renaming, re-opening the files doesn't seem to help. Any ideas?

Does this happen with all models, or just one? Is it possible it's malformed and has a piece that is some distance away from the rest of it, and it's trying to fit it all on the bed? Can you post the file here?

If you post a factory file (File > Save Factory File As... <- this will be kind of like sending a saved state of s3d for other people to import and have your current work setup with models and processes) or the models you're using it would help!
