Version 5 Upgrade
Let me be quite clear!!! I purchased a V4 licence for US$ 149 on 15 / 12 / 2019 EXPRESSLY on the basis that I would receive a free upgrade to version 5 anticipated in the next six months. Do I need to repeat that?
Today some 3 years later I learn version 5 is now available but you are requesting I pay you special reduced price of $ 59 to be upgraded! Indeed $ 69 if I don’t hurry up!!! So I pay you a total of $208 or even $218.
I note a new customer pays only $ 199 to acquire a version 5 licence.
Now the question of the monumental delay in offering V5 is entirely on your head not mine.
Your request, give the surrounding circumstances, is despicable and no less than a renege of the clear basis I ordered V4 in the first place.
Only being offered a free upgrade to V5 would constitute a proper restitution of your undertakings and a proper
business decision.
