The upgrade is covered by the same 14 day refund policy as all licenses that we sell. If you're unhappy with the software for any reason, just email our licensing team and they can process a refund for you.

Our developers are already working on our next update to address some of the suggestions users have noted in the first few days of using the software, so we do appreciate the continued suggestions!

Stand by for a Q&a about why you want to refund this train wreck ok in simple term I’m not paying to beta test a sad excuse of a program 4 years late and 120 new features taking it each thing not working in machine control panel is a feature is that how it works bugs=features cause only way i can get close to half of 120.

Re: Refund

Yeah can i get a refund. I waited for 3 years for an update that was promised over and over and then finally you release it and BAM $59, are you nuts. All the stuff i see that you have added is already in other slicers for free, with better support for it too. I tried and tried to wait it out and to tell others too to, but i gave up a long time ago and now my wasted money on a software that could have been so much better. I paid $149 for this and you want $59 for a messly little upgrade. For real?

Re: Refund

I seriously thinking about asking for a refund of my upgraded license too.
