Bridging at some points - and i don't understand why

Hey guys,

i'm slicing with s3d 5.0.0 and the objects needs some bridging.
I don't understand, why S3D is bridging at the inner/outer perimeters where no bridge is useful.

Can you help me ?

Here S3D is printing a solid layer without bridging after some empty space by the model:

In which caseses this setting bridging for perimeters males sense ?
